How you get it
A download link is emailed to you the moment your payment clears — usually inside a minute. The same link appears on the order confirmation page, so you can pick the files up before you even leave the checkout.
The link goes to whatever email address you enter at checkout, so use one you can actually open.
What you get
Every guide comes as both PDF and EPUB, in the same purchase, at no extra cost.
The PDF reads well on a computer or tablet and prints cleanly. The EPUB works on Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books and most e-readers, and reflows to whatever font size suits you.
Where
Anywhere in the world. There is nothing to ship, so there is no country list, no customs, no postage and no waiting.
It is your copy
Download it, back it up, and read it on as many of your own devices as you like. Print it if you would rather hold paper. The only thing we ask is that you do not redistribute or resell it.
Opening it on a phone
The PDF opens on any phone with a single tap.
The EPUB takes one extra step on an iPhone, because iOS saves it into Files rather than handing it to Books. Open the Files app, go to Downloads, press and hold the .epub, choose Share, then choose Books. On Android, open it with Google Play Books or any e-reader app.
The EPUB is also the one to use if you want the book read aloud to you. It is proper structured text, so Speak Screen, VoiceOver, TalkBack or your Kindle's read-aloud can voice it and move between chapters. The PDF is built to be looked at and screen readers struggle with it.
If it does not arrive
Check your spam folder first. Automated download emails end up there more often than they should.
If it has been ten minutes and there is still nothing, get in touch through the contact page with the email address you used at checkout, and we will send the files across directly. We reply within 2 business days, usually sooner.
